1 Day: Istanbul
Welcome to Turkey, arrival into Istanbul. Transfer from airport and check in to your hotel, you will have a welcome drink and a chat with gourmet experts in Turkish cuisine. Tonight you will have a welcome dinner, be introduced to our friendly crew and other travelers while enjoying traditional Turkish Food and enjoy the mystical atmosphere of Istanbul at night.
2 Day: Turkish Cooking Lesson Istanbul
After a morning orientation sightseeing tour of Istanbul, you participate in your first Turkish cooking lesson: Preparing lunch which you will enjoy! After the cooking lesson, you will eat what you cooked. After lunch visit to Topkapi Palace. The great palace of the Ottoman sultans from the 15th to the 19th centuries housing an exquisite collection of crystal, silver, and Chinese porcelain, robes worn by the sultans and their families, the famous jewels of the Imperial Treasury, miniatures, the Holy Mantle; enshrining relics of the Prophet Mohammed. Across from St. Sophia built in the 16th century by the architect Mehmet, is known as the Blue Mosque because of its magnificent interior decoration of blue Iznik tiles. Ancient Hippodrome, the scene of chariot races, with the three monuments; the Obelisk of Theodosius, the bronze Serpentine Column and the Column of Constantine. Overnight in Istanbul
3 Day: Gallipoli Tour
After breakfast in Istanbul, we will depart for Gallipoli to visit the battle fields. After checking in to the hotel, having lunch and relaxing a little bit, you will depart for the battle fields. Visit Gabatepe Museum. Start visiting the fields with Arýburnu Cemetery & Anzac Cove, because these are the places where the war had started. Then The Beach Cemetery, Shrapnel Valley and Plugges Plateau. This is the end of the tour for today. Drive back to the hotel. After having dinner, the night is yours. Overnight in Canakkale
4 Day: Troy Tour / Cooking Lesson in Kusadasi
At 08:45 we will depart for Troy Tour and visit the famous archaeological and mythological side of Troy , home of the "Trojan Horse" and "Helen of Troy". After Troy tour we will depart for Kusadasi. Have some rest at the hotel and depart for Cooking Lesson. You will learn to cook the delicious tastes of Turkey, including Turkish Pide bread with Meat, Chees, Patato and many other option and also you will cook Turkish Lahmacun for our Dinner. Over night in Kusadasi
5 Day: Ephesus Tour and Making Wine
At 08:30, depart from hotel. Fully guided tour of Ephesus, one of the best preserved ancient sites in the world en-route, visit the Temple of Artemis, Curetes street, famous Roman baths, Celsus Library, Grand theatreand you will have a Lunch break at a small Turkish restaurant. After Lunch we will visit to Sirince Village also has a fantastic reputation for making some of the best wines in Turkey - especially fruit wines. We will visit the vineyards and it is time to learn how to make fruit wine with Turkish wine makers. In the evening you will be tested about your knowledge of making fruit wine. 6 Day: Kusadasi to Istanbul.
After breakfast at 09:00 am we will depart for Istanbul. On the way we will pass many traditional villages and we will see the farmers. We will have a break at the one of these farms. We will have a lunch break and continue our way to Istanbul. Overnight in Istanbul
7 Day: Istanbul Cooking Lesson
After breakfast we will depart to make Istanbul Bosphorus Cruise by boat along the waterway separating Europe and Asia, then visit famous Egyptian (Spice) Bazaar, with elaborate displays of herbs, spices, dried fruits, nuts and other snacks and ingredients. We then we will go to one of the city's most famous baklava shops to watch the masters produce this favorite Turkish sweet. This will be a good experience for you. In the afternoon you will go back to the kitchen for another cooking lesson followed by tea, coffee and goodies
8 Day: Istanbul - Departure.
After breakfast check out from the hotel.
